I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is extremely clean, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and willing to accommodate any requests. A special thank you to Hassan, who went above and beyond — always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am extremely thankful to the receptionist, Ms. Mariyum, who understood my requirements and provided the best available room with a balcony. Initially, I had searched for a room with a balcony, but it was unavailable at the time. However, upon reaching the reception, she managed to provide me with the exact room I had envisioned. Additionally, Savindu from housekeeping took excellent care of us during our stay. I would love to stay here again. It was a very peaceful and amazing place, especially for families.

The staff is very helpful, and the 24-hour front desk is a great convenience. The room is extremely comfortable, and the location is excellent—it is very close to the Mall of the Emirates, where you can access the metro and easily reach any destination. A luggage room is also available, allowing you to store your belongings after check-out and enjoy the rest of your visit hassle-free.

Standard breakfast, we could always find something to eat. You can get to the metro station and mall in ~8 mins by walk, but there are grocery stores and simple restaurants next to the hotel. Our room had a balcony with city view. Pool and spa are available, but we didn't try. There was great fragrance in the hotel, the staff was really helpful.
